- No, you can mail a check, cash or money order, but the order will not ship until payment has been received.
- Can I order just a book, cassette or CD and not the whole set?
- Yes, replacement parts are available if you have lost or damaged part of your set. Call 1-800-456-4656 for more information.
- Can you send a catalog?
- Yes, we can mail a printed copy or you can print one at home directly from the website.
- How long does the order take to ship?
- We usually ship the next business day or within 48 hours at the latest.
- How do you ship orders?
- We ship using United States Post Office (USPS) or UPS, using the least expensive rate for the delivery area, unless otherwise requested.
- Is the site secure?
- Yes, our site is secured through GEOTRUST.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- Depending on your shipping selection, the order will take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive.
- Is there priority shipping available?
- Yes, if orders are received before 11:00 am, we can ship orders via UPS for next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day delivery at the customers expense. If you ask for a RUSH ORDER, your account automatically will be billed for the expedited services as requested. Or you can call 1-800-456-4656 to get a shipping estimate before you select.
- Can you gift wrap and order?
- Yes, we can gift wrap orders for an additional $4.00 per package.
- Do you have a mailing list for new products?
- No, we are currently developing a subscription mailing list. You will have to select "to subscribe" when you set up your personal account in order to receive mailings from us in the future.
- Do you sell email addresses?
- No, we only use email address internally.
- When will you process my credit card?
- We process the credit card payment the day we ship the products on the order.
- Do you have a B2B Site?
- We, are in the process of developing a B2B link. Currently our books are carried at bookstores and wholesalers nationwide.
- What if I am out of the United States?
- Our products are available from amazon.com and they will ship worldwide.
